The Solo crew always resupplies each time they visit a colony, whether or not that colony is already pretty much rekt.

Not really. Towards the end of Be Invoked, the pilots figured out that the constant Buff Clan baiting was eating through their missile stock. They weren't spamming missiles once they got to the Gando Rowa.
