No. Some skin is fine. Hell, I love bikinis. But when you take half of a perfectly good outfit away, it just looks a little tacky. I just don't like how the art always has to be partially undressed. Isn't putting her in stylish clothes sexy enough? There's nothing wrong with it but 99% of the time it's an inch away from showing vag or a nip slip (or they're already showing through the fabric). The dress in the original pic would have gone great with underwear because it looks like a casual pose. But without, your eyes immediately jump to "why is her ass hanging out?" and it distracts you from the otherwise sexy outfit. It no longer seems casual because there's no way for her to move comfortably without revealing extremely obvious nopan. With bottoms, however, the outfit is complete and you can still see the shape of her body fairly well.
