This may be the ebst Nagai manga i've ever read. There are plenty of originals to scan from.
Why nobody ahs scanlated Mazinsaga yet, ?m/?

Well, Happy Scans is the only scanlation group left besides maybe Mangalism to bother with Go Nagai stuff (Hokuto no Gun only getting involved in joints if there's favors involved). Dynamic Pro Scanlations more or less died to due to the hard-to-edit Shin Zero and scanlation ninjas.
In the meantime HS may focus on trying to get Jack off the ground again.
