It's the theoretical equivalent of addressing a message in a bottle. It'll be out there, but the chances of it going anywhere, much less to that address, are slim to none. It'd be easier and produce better results to just make the .lxf files public.
I mean, technically there's a lot of things about Xabungle that'd put it right up TLG's alley; it's got two clear good and bad sides, has action without any need to be graphically violent, has a good, cartoony world and sense of humor, and, like the existing theme NEXO Knights, it blends two preexisting media conventions into one big ball of fun.
However, the fact that it's anime alone has already discounted its already dismal chances on Lego Ideas. Add to that that nobody besides anime fans (and not even mainstream anime fans!) would recognize it and its general content and you have a pretty clear dud on your hands.
It's 1:10 AM and I still haven't scanned that thing. Looking at this Dugger now that cab is too tall.
