Pacific Rim is fucking fantastic, Godzilla is kind of hit or miss (kaiju scenes were great, but the human cast was fairly boring/not very likable and it took up too much of the film)

Godzilla I enjoyed whenever the Soldier Guy wasn't on screen. Either scripting was bad or he just didn't care about the role.

Pacific Rim gets it's asslicked so much here that it kinda confuses me. It's perfectly fine. Maybe has more dull moments than good ones, but it's worth a watch.
