Every mobile suit in 00 has inertial dampers to protect pilots. The reason why Graham coughs up blood while piloting is because he removed these dampers from his custom suits to save some weight.

That's why I consider him a worse Char than CCA Char.
You have to have pettiness at the maximum to be a true Char.
It's why in the end, even though people describe him as the Garma clone, Cronicle was a much better Char than Katejina.
Katejina wanted Usso inside of her, a perfectly logical thing, as no grown woman in the series is capable of resisting the Kasarelia dick. Whereas Cronicle just wanted Maria to accept that he was a big strong boy now.
Which is a shitty reason, elevating him to Char-tier.
