What's the deal with Zeon's naming scheme, is there any meaning behind them?

E.g. Zaku, Gouf, Gelgoog, Gogg, Komusai, Musai

Newbie here. Wanted to start with Gundam a few months ago. Already done with the original series.

At ep8 of Zeta I discovered the BakaBT freeleech option had shit subs ([anime supreme] or something like that). Re-downloading with [EG].

I don't want to make the same mistake so, any warnings for fansubs to avoid or /m/ approved fansub groups?

Zaku is a multilayered pun based on the Japanese onomatopoeia for stomping and a word for mook.

Komusai is literally "Little Musai." Which makes sense as the Komusai is the Musai's re-entry shuttle.

That's pretty neat, generally most Japanese names have some kind of meaning or reference behind them so it's interesting to find out about, rather than just random shit made up.
