The maps are simple, the 3d background in the attacks are simple, the 3d models on the maps are simple.
Half the sprites and attack sequences are lifted straight from OGs, just upscaled.
They have like 5 cutscenes that take place on the map in the whole game, even then they are incredibly simple.
There is nothing complex about SRW games, they are bargain bucket low budget games.
