How hard is it to change the "Pokemon" option to "hangar" or whatever?

Pretty easy, you just gotta find the pause screen script section, and the names for each menu option should be in individual quotation marks somewhere, highlighted in purple IIRC.
There's also setting for each menu's font and font shadow colors in each menu's script individual section, written in RBG values (0-255 for red, blue, and green).
