As happy as i was that Leina wasn't killed, I think that her return was one of the weakest parts of the series.
I think that her "death" was a good point in that it made Judau straighten up a little, and it was surprisingly effective due to ZZ's low death toll. And while I'm glad she lived, that really came out of left field.
