I didn't circle jerk this movie like most of /m/, but that sword moment was fairly hype for me.

I went in to the movie telling my friend (well I'd said it about a dozen times) that if there wasn't a sword I was pretty confident it would hit all the right spots, but it's be a massive letdown. ERP was in the trailer afterall, so hopes were high.
The ship happened and I was a tad let down it wasn't a sword, but well, I figured it was alright. Then they went airborne and I was CERTAIN I'd get my sword. Then finally that panel lit up and I just ended up with this massive grin.
Possibly the best experience I've ever had at the cinema.
This scene is probably my favorite sequence out of all the anime I've seen - it never fails to give me chills each time.
