IIRC that so-called flop was 2nd or 3rd on the top-selling anime BD ranking the week it was released.

What is the consensus on gaogaigar here, I watched it a few years back and I absolutely loved it and it is one of my favorite anime of all time, but I never really talked about with anyone.

More accurately, Might Gaine was subbed up to episode 26ish, with hk's for the remaining episodes. With how fast Silver Castle is moving, I'd say it's possible they may finish it off properly.
