Is not that clear yet, of the two at least Orga seems to be able to function as a normal human being, but with the last episode is hard to tell if Mika was simply trying to get Orga back in his feet or if that was the way he behaves, either way he was kind of creepy

He was just doing what he thought he was supposed to do. He wasn't emotionally motivated, he has very little emotional range in the first place. You're supposed to console women, so he did it, like a robot. Like when he kissed Kudelia. He didn't kiss her because he loves her, he just did it to find out what it felt like, and because you're "supposed" to kiss cute women.

This scene was a really pleasant surprise. Its really shows how the gradual dehumanization of war is getting to Mika and I really like how the scene with McGillies talking about the Alyadada system mirrored it with talk of giving up humanity.

You're probably right, Mika and Orga are putting each other on pedestals and propelling each other towards destruction to a certain extant.
Though it is easier to read Orga, who is clearly flawed and human and only putting up a show.
Mika is like an alien, which is why it's harder to understand their relationship.

Mika is pretty close to a sociopath, at least. He has little to no actual regard for people or life, and he doesn't really interact with anyone unless it's absolutely necessary. He has a very basic idea of morality, but only in as much as 'what you're supposed to do', and outside of that he has no issues killing people and wrecking places. And from what little we know about him, it's entirely a product of society - he grew up on the streets alone, he couldn't read or write and barely spoke, and ended up with CGS real early in life. He also wasn't keen on giving little starving Atra anything, instead telling her to get a job and buy her own, but when she nodded off he felt bad and tried to buy her something with what little he had left, and hung around to see that she ate it.

It seems like he does form emotional attachments though so I don't think he's a true psychopath.
He definitely gets angry when his friends are hurt though it's less angry and more murderous. However, Mika also has no empathy to anyone he's not friends with.
