She encoded her soul into her genetic information, allowing the deceased Fine and her body to keep on resurrecting.
Her unique power, Asgard, is probably just straight up magic though. The other two magical forces in the Symphogear universe, Songs and Alchemy, are apparently also her fault according to Carol, so Fine's magic science was pretty advanced.

Think of it this way: if there's tons of Fine descendants, and many research groups around the world had symphogear programs and the like, at least one other descendant heard it before Ryoko. Fine just chose Ryoko is all.
Another thing to think about is that Hibiki sang on live TV in front of the whole world. Just about every Fine descendant is active.

On top of that, if it required Ryoko, how did Fine take over historical figures? There have been other people making aufwachen forms forever.

Ahnenerbe almost certainly had a whole ton of relics. But Ahnenerbe's time was long before Symphogear even takes place.

I'm only talking about the current timeframe, where Japan and America are the only ones with access to relic-based technology due solely to Ryoko (and as of GX, everyone else as they note in the series itself). Actual relics are a dime a dozen.
Remember, the proliferation of Sakurai Theory and relic technology post G is a plot thread that's mentioned early in GX - but it's only mentioned to happen post G, since prior to that only Japan had it (and America secretly).

I was thinking more along the lines of a blonde twintailed pettanko working for something of a remnant/shadow group grown out of Ahnenerbe's staff and resources. Rebels in Europe raiding a long-abandoned facility for potentially useful shit, suddenly Ahnenerbe geah busts out of a closet door and starts kicking ass (conservatively), queue SONG away team contact outside and hectic three-way battle as the rebels try to make off with whatever they can, Ahnenerbe is scrambling to recover the geah user and SONG still can't figure out exactly what and why is happening at the moment.
Also the rebel squad leaders should have crude power armor/exoskeletons because it's more /m/ that way.
