I thought it would be cheaper to buy Gundam Breaker 3 from Amazon Japan now that they do international orders, but it costs even more than PlayAsia. What gives?

Should I expect DLC for this game? I kind of want to play it on my main psn account because of autism, but if I'll be locked out of things I might want later on because I can't transfer the dlc to my non-jp account I'll have to refrain.
