So i started NG+.

Only MG froos, and it is all level 20+.

Do MG parts still have the level 30 cap? Is there any way to get HG parts to drop again?

Dupe Glitch:
>1. Open plastic merge menu.
>2 .Sell or use all but ONE of the plastic type (let's call it Type A) you want to dupe. It won't work if you have more than one of the plastic you want to dupe.
>3. Select a different plastic type (let's call it Type B) and go to sell all of Type B. Don't ACTUALLY sell it, just cancel the transaction at the confirmation window.
>4. Now use Type A to upgrade your part. When you enter Plastic Merge again, you'll notice you'll now have 9999 of Type A, instead of it being all used up.
>5. Do this to get 9999 of any plastic you want.

Ridiculous Sell Price Glitch
>1. Open plastic merge menu.
>2. Select a plastic type you have a very high amount of (preferably 9999 from doing the Plastic Dupe glitch above) and open the sell menu to sell all of said plastic, but don't ACTUALLY sell it, just cancel the transaction at the confirmation window.
>3. Now sell an Upgrade Cube and watch as you earn something like 30+ million GP in one go.

HAH!

>>13975470

AFAIK Famitsu ranking only counts physical copies sold domestically, so digital is not included, and also the Chinese/Asian version is also not reflected here. Also the vita version came with a memory card which is some incentive to buy over the digital version I think?

>Also the vita version came with a memory card which is some incentive to buy over the digital version I think?

Was there a special version of the Vita mode I didn't hear about?
>>
>>13975480
This is false. It's just the divide between people who want to play on PS4 and Vita. It's quite healthy at about 50-50. Makes future installments justifiable on both platforms. Remember GB1 launched on PS3 first back then.
>>
>>13975480

Vita version did not come with memory card.

Also, Vita tends to sell more games digitally than physically overall. It probably outsold the PS4 by even more.

It makes sense, there is like twice as many Vitas in Japan than PS4s.
>>
The gift menu in the store is asking me something about PSN, but there's too much moon in it that I don't understand.

help pls
>>
>>13975507
>Vita version did not come with memory card.
My bad. I never owned a vita, glanced at this picture and thought it was a memory card, turns out it is the game itself (they still use cartridges?) But I think the included Zeta trading card is exclusive for physical version then?
>>
>>13975542
Yes, Vita uses cartridges. It's better than UMD by far, not that that's very hard to do.
And every first print edition of the game came with a Barbatos code and a Zeta card for some arcade game.
>>
>>13975542

What would it use if not cartridges?

And rumor has it, games run better off of memory card.
>>
>>13974510
>that commander horn
Are you compensating for something?
>>
Should I play on jap psn for eventual dlc? I don't really mind unlocking my barbatos shit in the game instead of with my pre-order code.
I'd rather play on my main account but if it locks me out of stuff I'll bear with it.
>>
>>13975571
Breaker 2 had region-unspecific patch for new suits, so while we don't know for sure but it is safe to assume playing this on whichever account won't matter anything.

Also the Barbatos and Zeta are hardly bonuses, they are already piss easy to get with only 1-2 hours into the game.
>>
>>13975582
Perfect, thanks.
>>
For the people with GB3 already, is the Dom still a slow piece of ass like it was in GB2 and Gundam Battle Operation?

My first Gundam game was Journey to Jaburo and then Zeonic Front, so I always think of it as a speedy monster, but lately(?) they nerfed it's considerably slower at cruising speed.
It LOOKS like it's going fast, but it's sub-100% speed and it's annoying as fuck (particularly in GB2, where oddly enough are fast as hell with walking MS parts, like the Pale Rider's legs).
>>
>>13975380
I hope the glitches still work for the ENG sub version. It has a possible chance of still existing, since we're so close to launch that they probably won't have time enough to patch it over.

Though by then they'll probably have a 1.0X patch ready from the JP version playtesting...
>>
>>13975083
>another Musou game
To be fair, it's how the DWG games should have been. Hands down even GB1 beats all the DWG games in terms of gameplay, combat, and well.. everything. And with each GB game, the series gets better.
>>
>>13975549
He might be referring to the UMD which is a disc format previously used by the PSP.
That's no rumor, shit does run better off memory cards.
Also battery efficient too as you don't need to spin any disc.
One of the better changes Sony made for the Vita.
If only they ditched the proprietary memory cards as well.
>>
Starting to think the glitch isn't a glitch. From what it does and how you do it, seems more like a debug feature accidently left in the live build.

I was wondering about those fucking helmets as well, and I know some moon already but the game simply does not explain wtf they do and then none of the Jap wikis have a list of them yet. Then I shelled out the 9000 GP each for all of them, turns out they just add nominal boost to every major stats, and there is no limit how many copies you equipped, and they are not locked to specific body parts.
>>
I wonder if it'd be even remotely possible to recreate the Virgola Glory in this game, given we have an almost perfect Gaogaigar...

Well, I just did something I thought was impossible. In a core destruction mission I managed to kill a core in one go solo. The Axe EX move that has you spinning around doing 200% damage (with the upgraded move having you do 400% damage) is the best possible ability for it.

Not as a standard melee weapon, but most shield have their own attack by pressing/holding R2 while blocking.

I'll try it out on a third mission to triple check but the other two missions have had the cores destroyed in under 10 seconds.

>>13975749

It's rigged, I went back to farm some shit in an old core destruction mission where previously I'd taken a while to take the core to 50% because I was fucking around and dropped it to 50% in half a second, shields went up the moment it hit 50 and another wave spawned.

Same applies later for the ones that are rigged to 33%, damaging them faster makes no difference.

Storage capacity, for the most part. Disc-based media beat cartridges in terms of capacity for quite a while, although that's now becoming an obsolete distinction with modern flash memory. IIRC Nintendo stuck with cartridges on their mobile platforms due to battery concerns more than anything.

Back in the day, the fact that the PS1 used CD while N64 still used cartridge was probably the biggest contributor of SONY's success in breaking into the market. Games like FF7 would have never been possible on N64, and SONY being the CD inventor fully captalized on their advantage.

Vita isn't Memort Stick, it is something Vita only.

Most likely just a Memory Stick in a different casing. But you can only buy it first party for ridiculous prices.

Memory Stick is actually fantastic. Beats SD card read/write speeds.

Most Sony devices now have a double sd/memory stick pro reader now anyway.

What the hell particular mechanics are you speaking of?
Did you mean
>choose barebones basic suit
>go into battle with no real storyline but a vague blurb and some canned quotes
>hop and jump around when the Newtype warning goes off
>learn mook movements to shoot or hit them when they stop dodging
>repeat every single fucking level for 5-20 minutes at a time depending on how inane the game wants to be for that level

At least Gundam Breaker has some goddamn soul to it.

I'm not going to apologise because it is still more sensible than my Mk. 2. Sadly the Mk. 8 is the only one I have screenshots of because 1-6 were on GB2.

Vanilla is an aesthetic all its own. Vanilla is the counterpoint to chocolate, and reaches its own Zen by dint of its own existence.

And that thing is also very mook-y and beautiful and much more beautiful many many overdone Gendums that you'll see sprouting as many gun barrels and missiles as your average Digimon character. Might as well go full Hyaku-shiki and cover yourself in metallic paint while you're at it for being a tryhard.

It's why the Zaku II is beautiful to generations of mecha fans, and why something like the Graze just looks plain silly.
>>
Thinking of getting this with English subs from Play-Asia. Is there anywhere else that's better, or has cheaper priority shipping? I heard from a friend that your order ships 1 month+ late if you don't get priority shipping and it costs 15 bucks and ehhhhh.
>>
>>13978002
>Graze just looks plain silly
The Graze's simplistic design is nice, though. It's one of the better mook suits from the last few years. The underused sphere sensor in the head is also a nice feature.
>>
>>13978019
Like many IBO designs, they have a good start, but something always kills them and makes them look far worse than they rightly should be.

In the Graze's case, it suffers from:
- overly simple weaponry designs (G-Reco also had this)
- Odd proportions for Gundam, especially for a military mook robot (albeit Zeon still ran the gamut; I guess it's just that its bulk is oddly distributed)
- insane robot high heels
- an odd amount of extra "panels" and jarring lines (it looks a lot like a pla-plate scratch build that got too busy)

I want to love the Graze, and admit they're the best mooks from Gundam in ages, but they still won't ever be classics, and even fall short of the oddly appealing Leo from a series nobody cares about anymore (market-wise).

>>
>>13978077

>>
>>13978002
But all his builds are plain. His Air Man. His Captain Gundam. No builder parts at all.
>>
>>13978048
The simplistic weaponry is a major part of IBO's aesthetic.
The proportions are indeed odd, but again it's something shared across a lot of IBO.
I don't understand the high heels either.
The extra panel armour is surprisingly nice. It works because as a military mech it is both cheaper and easier, in a combat scenario, to replace the small panels that are damaged than having to replace a large chunk of armour at once.
>>
>>13978080
The Patlabor build looks nice. The Air Man build looks nice (and is funny). I never saw the Captain Gundam (or at least don't remember it).

If it looks nice already, why would you spoil it? Why would you add complexity for its own sake should it make the final product worse if what you're looking for is aesthetic?

For purpose, use other stuff.
For looking just plain nice, look nice.
It's very obvious, here.
>>
>mfw I can never make a model as good at these.
>nubs everywhere.

Not everything needs builder parts anon. Besides his Air Man does. If you looked at the video, it has rockets mounted on each arm and ZZ's beam hidden in the chest.

So are you capable of two different arm sets? Say banshee claws for both arms. Also is painting like battle operations where it's restrictive to where you can paint?

What dlc or next game kits or features you wanna see?
