Heaven's Tornado was dumb, but the myna bird episode is just pure garbage. It even upsets the tone of the show. They spent so much time building up that a gate falling into despair and beginning to shatter so that a Phantom can escape from them is the most terrifying thing ever, because you don't even die, you just cease to exist and some horrible monster claws its way out of your soul and replaces you... and they use it as a gag.
The one positive thing I can say about it is they let Haruto, who is usually pretty humorless, sass Nitoh a bit. The scenes where Haruto gets to smart off to people are some of his best moments.

HI10P. PS4 doesn't play it natively. OZC's Blu-Ray uses 8 bit so its fine, but O-T's encoder has been 10 bit since as early as OOO, and seems like other caught on as well.
Either install Universal Media Server/Plex and transcode+stream from your computer, or re-encode it back to 8 bit. But that that point, you might as well use MP4 to burn in the sub. I'm not sure about the PS4, but most "media" devices doesn't deal with ASS subs well.
(This is the reason TV-N has the reputation of being TV Media Player/PS3 friendly)

Fourze is the easiest Kamen Rider series for me to suggest because its style is more recognizable to Western audiences who already are familiar with plot beats and styles that are common in those types of anime series. Plus the high school setting.
