The DLC isn't pay2win, it's half cosmetics, some new classes, and a couple of high level expansion packs (in other words, pay2lose)
There is a ridiculous amount of DLC though

All-terrain Boots are nigger-tier DLC; it's retarded that they occupy the perk slot when selected, and it's even more retarded that they aren't inherently unlockable and are dlc at all.
Otherwise the game is good fun, if a bit lacking in staying power since the only real difference between missions is difficulty level determining what the absolute maximum level of bullshit you can face will be.

Specialist, terrain, weapon and pistol pack should have been included or be at least in two seperate packs. Its BS I have to pay 2 bucks just for the UAV or the terrain boots.
Some more mission variety would be nice. The bosses are fun, but it takes a fuckton of grinding credentials just so you could fight it.

Okay, I'd say. I was the most inexperienced on my team, and I got a couple of accidental kills by the Missile Strik Stratagem.
The game is fairly simple, and you learn quick when you play, so most people are competent.
