It has been years since I last watched it but it had some truly bizarre plot about the original humans being incredibly strong motherfuckers and it had a ending that I never really understood if the wolrd ended and they survived or were just transported to somewhere else
I've watched everything Casshern there is to watch, save for this one movie. IIRC the one download I found of this was in a stupidly low resolution

I remember getting this on VHS as a present. Because I was "that one weird kid who would probably love this shit." And I did. It was confusing as fuck though.
Great "set" designs and cinematography, mostly alright plot, but the ending is a bit too esoteric for my tastes.
