When Tachibana and Kenzaki are in the snow after a fight, Tachibana explains his "body is falling apart", the words he uses are "Ore no karada wa boro boro da", which is apparently a really dorky way to say it. Coupled with the weird hallucination of him turning into the Hulk, and it was a really awkward way of presenting what was supposed to be a poignant moment.
On top of that, Kenzaki's actor mumbles horrendously. We can tell as English speaking viewers, but it's so bad that Japanese fans call it his own language, Ondwuru or Ondwulish. It's worse when he overemphasizes words like when yelling at Tachibana or during otherwise dramatic speeches.
There are other things like Mutsuki shrieking like a little girl, the rider's awkward body language during some fight scenes, really dumb line of dialogue between characters, heavily implied homosexual undertones with Hajime leading people to believe his character was originally supposed to be female, and random scenes that seem terribly out of place like SAN! and the convenience store scene, that have cause Japanese fans to have turned Blade into it's own self defacing meme series.

Honestly I don't think I've hated any of the transformation sequences I've seen, they all look really damn good. I think the one that I like the least is Ghost's, but that's mainly because of the weird hand motions that Takeru does before yanking the handle (and I'm not a big fan of the shoulder shrug that they started doing in the last several episodes). Gaim's comes a close second for all of Kouta's wild arm swinging (which they thankfully dispensed with once the show got more serious), and Ryuki's actual transformations were just plain lazy (each individual Rider's arm motions before sliding in the Card Decks are what save them).
For all of the show's faults, I think I liked Wizard's the best, because of how flashy it is. Kabuto and Den-O's are also pretty good.

Super Hero Taisen is basically a Decade movie, like All Riders vs Dai-Shocker and Movie Wars 2010, with him turning into a villain and such, but everything turning out fine in the end, only you've also got Gokaired doing the same thing. OOO, Fourze and the Go-Busters are also in the movie, but they don't really have big roles.
Super Hero Taisen Z avoids that format, but the only Riders with a big role in the movie are Wizard and Beast (Sentai has the Go-Busters and GokaiSilver, with the Kyoryuger being big in the final battle only, and then there's also the new Space Sheriffs), so it really depends on how much you enjoy Wizard's cast...
Would a Rider game based on From Soft's Dork Souls system and world building work?

I'm much more concerned with the customization aspect of a Souls format game. It should be possible for everyone to make their own Rider, though defeating named NPCs lets you take their armor sets and dress up like an official Rider.
They gotta include a transformation mechanic too. Fighting untransformed is possible, sometimes necessary for Riders with very strict time limits, and knocking someone around hard enough will forcefully detransform them so it'd be analogous to getting backstabbed in a Souls game. Then certain henshins have the added benefit of attacking the enemy during the transformation like Drive's, but at the cost of being immobile or taking longer.
After Decade, multiverse shenanigans are considered a-ok so the plot and setting could be totally whatever. Even the "player invading from another world" kind of thing wouldn't be out of place with KR.
I really wonder what would really be the best combat system to mesh it with though.

It would be improved if they actually kept up with the Ghost shit. Look at how he fights in Surprise Future and in Drive's final episodes. I wanted him to have this fluid, loose fighting style akin to Tai Chi or something. Every secondary that was already in the game should have been in from the second game as playable, they all had complete movesets for crying out loud, they just didn't have extra forms for them done. Hell, they could easily give Chalice both Joker and Wild as final forms, or have Joker be the R1 form change that happens when you deal enough damage, while Wild is your super.

Ryugen has two base forms, could have Zangetsu Shin as a super and then Yomi as the ultimate, or just have Yomi as the super.
Ouja has three contract monsters, with Genocider as his super mode.
