Tomorrow's update will feature another version of Z-chang, and Gec-chang.
Cutey Z-chang
Somehow they found the long forgotten "Airborne Element Solidifier" sample device, the device which they based off in making the portable Photon Energy application device, in the back of the storage room at the Photon Power Laboratory.
Z-chang uses the device and transforms into Cutey Z-chang. In theory Z-chang could transform into different forms in different situation, but somehow it gives her 1 form at the moment.

Cutey Gec-chang
She uses the same device to transform, and somehow gain a battle form with better stat in speed and power. Z-chang somehow is stuck with what she has by default.
Gec-chang is embarrassed by the outfit which shows more skin. This form gets lots of support from "big fans" and "old fans" in Nerima.
Liger-sama and Pon-chang are also under training for using the device.
Jeeg and Pan too are asking for a device to change the eye color, but got turned down by Gec-chang due to their desperateness.

I watched the whole plus series yesterday. Which took me about half an hour to do, so painfully short. They had time for basically nothing other than "these are the new characters and upgrades, kthxbye".
Is this Devilman-themed power-up from anything, or just made up for this series?
So, what's this game like?

Turn based tug of war thing and get parts to upgrade existing teams, and using their gacha to obtain more characters.
Within the game you get characters telling you their part of the story, which normally hints the missing pieces of character profile or upcoming new members.

I am afraid it's kind of too late for that.
There are extra characters which need the serial # from CDs and books, and the codes have been expired (unless they haven't reset the game).
Also you will probably need real money to get some 5 stars and up characters, or buy enough upgrade parts to bring your lower graded characters into the higher levels.

Getter Emperor is in that universe though, and has already been mentioned by Proto Getter.
