That's a "refined" Zeta Gundam.
In UCspeak, "refined" means "make it cheaper" not "improve it".
It's really a Methuss dressed like a Zeta. The only Zetas that actually use the Zeta transformation are the original, the Zeta Plus, and Red Snake (and the other two from Evolve, which are really just original Zeta with different paint jobs).

It's a Methuss with random EFF parts though, there's nothing even Zeta about it besides backpack.

It takes nothing from ZII besides the one backpack and the side skirt armour though. Methuss series things that the ZII changed like the shoulder cameras, crotch hook, and the butt thrusters are still there and then it's got practically a GM Custom head and Gaplant style feet.
Ironically Anksha's legs appear to have come from ZII though.
