Good question (probably because of WEP C&D worries), although it does have a Spanish dub (no idea if it's more faithful than the German one though). Not even the Germans subbed fully.
Was Saber Rider done by WEP?
It's kind of weird since they put out Golion and Dairugger out on DVD thanks to their Voltron connection, but Bismarck got zilch.

>Bismark is 52 episodes long. That many episodes would take months to complete. Also, a translator would have to be procured to translated the episodes. (I know some people outsource freelance translators to do this job, but with that many episodes in the series, it could cost a small fortune. Besides, finding someone who can translate that many episodes would be difficult… though not impossible.
Given those conditions for Bismarck alone (which is a little over Daltanias in length), I guess we can't expect him to do Yatterman, some of the other longer Time Bokans or Gordian any time soon.
