The base units before modifications and further equipment are
Type A: Multipurpose, balanced specsequipped with assault knife
Type B: Scout, good at data collection/analysis, comes with a support drone
Type C: Long range support, good at handling high power weapons, comes with a long range rifle
Type D: Melee, comes with claws
New Kotobukiya model kit series coming in 2016 with Shimada Fumikane designs and Asai Masaki and Toriyama Toriwo sculpts.

Nice to see that their type also relates to their cup sizes.
Also, the new Busou Shinki are using the same base bodies as the Megami Device kits, and since these are Kotobukiya you can bet that they'll be compatible with FAG and MSG stuff.
