They fucked a lot of units in 2nd OGs with B-In-Sky and/or attack reductions. Actually, I think 6500(+1000 for special) is fine for finishers, but there are quite a few units with less than that. R-Blade Custom caps at 6100 on natural weapons and then they reduced the power of equippable weapons to the point where the Free Electron Cannon is the only one that breaks 6k at 10 upgrades.

Contrary to what many people suggest, in the PS2 games, taking Ryoto out of the Boxer means losing Soul in exchange for some marginal advantage in tanking (kind of irrelevant when Ryoto is unlikely to get hit against most things anyway).

Tasuku does have better Will gains but Will + Kill is cheap in OGS/OGG for what its worth.
