insofar as series lore is concerned, Ideon itself is basically a Lovecraftian demigod. while it's never shown as having a biological skeleton or literally anything of the sort, it's made apparent that it's a thinking entity that has some kind of life force. so, sorta yes, sorta no, but the picture in the OP is pretty much not a thing, unfortunately.

The only thing I know about Ideon is the super OP infinity cannon or whatever it has, and from that weapons description alone I figured the mech itself has to have some sort of divine trait.

No that's just the Ide, the...something that powers the robot. I think it's the will of a long-dead race or something, it's been too long.

The Ideon itself is just a robot formed by combining 3 trucks.

LFOs and KLFs from Eureka 7 are supposed to be human-made components slapped onto Archtypes, humanoid constructs excavated from the Scub coral. Can't find any good images of the archtypes, though.

Wild Zoids are organic too, but I'm not sure if the first Zoids were domesticated Wilds with cockpits installed or that they were simply made in image of the Wild Zoids themselves.
