They call him the ally killer, because his tactics frequently don't care who is in the line of fire and he is the sort of commander that shoots his men when they get problematic instead of actually maintaining discipline.

He is a confirmed teamkilling fucktard. Gets the job done, though, so the Zentradi keep him around. Its not like manpower is a resource they are in any danger of running out of anyway.

I thought it wa sa great contrast withh your average rival ace pilot in something like Gundam where the villain is highly charismatic and famed for his piloting skill, whereas Kamjin is a decent pilot but also an incompetent moron famed for getting his own underlings massacred while he flies out unscathed. Sort of like a giant grey skinned Lord Cardigan.
