Well, it's been stated that the reason the ganma wants heroic eyecons are for fighting, obviously Necrom was created to use the heroic eyecons.
I have no idea what are the Ore, Specter and Necrom eyecons are in relation to ganma eyecon and heroic eyecon, but I get the feeling that Ore was originally blank and acted as a soul catcher and trapped Takeru's soul in it when he died.

As for Necrom, his eyecon looks more mechanical so it's probably magitech.
Spectre is the odd one out at the moment.
So now I'm getting the impression that the heroic souls are souls that couldn't pass on to the afterlife, haunt relics for centuries before either getting turned into hood ghosts sitting inside heroic eyecons or being some ganma power up.

Seems to be more about not being told what gathering the Eyecons would do. Also they keep mentioning something about "obtaining bodies" I think? he said something similar to Makoto a few eps back in regards to Kanon.

It may have been a discomfort thing. Some people have a really hard time wearing contact lenses, and it's even worse for some of those colored ones that aren't intended to correct vision, because a lot of times they're not specifically fit to an individual's eye and can cause a lot of abrasion on the eye if you wear them too much.
