Anyone else really looking forward to the upgrades the Gundams will get in Glory of the defeated? Really looking forward to Trieze and the Tallgeese II. hopefully he gets some awesome stuff and hopefully his fight won't be shit like it was in the TV series.

Frozen Teardrop killed most of my interest in Gundam Wing. The Altron MG not getting the wings and tail killed the rest of it. Sumizawa being a dick in his afterword buried it. Katoki not wanting to reveal the designs set the grave on fire.

Well, GOL was originally a retelling of Wing that tied into FT. Ever since FT went off the rails it seemed like they were distancing themselves from it. So GOL stopped with a lot of the changes it was doing and mostly follows Wing now. The units aren't going to get kits, we don't regularly get scans anymore and I'm just disappointed in the whole new Wing project. I did like how RG 20 was Wing Gundam and it was revealed during the Wing 20 year anniversary.

I don't remember FT being a huge focus in GOL. they brought up a couple characters in FT that weren't in the TV series.

It wasn't a huge focus but they were tied together and it referenced it. All that stopped and so did a whole lot of the changes from Wing. IDK, Glory is good but FT turning out the way it did puts a sour taste in my mouth for Wing.

What that's wrong though. The circumstances surrounding Wing Zero are still now completely different from the TV series including the first fight between epyon and wing zero
So what has happened in the last couple of chapters in the manga? last time i checked was Zero Vs Epyon. but that was months ago
