I like how the HG graze legs you just put on four wing binders instead of two for the hell of it.

The Hizack has a constant presence in Zeta all the way to the end of the show. The Zaku is in every goddamn mobile suit battle in MSG until the Black Tri-Stars arrive.
Considering Graze is the only mass produced MS in the entire setting and the combined production runs of everything else we've seen in the show are less than there is Gundam frames the fact that all of about half a dozen units have appeared in the entire show rather sticks out.

Is it possible to snap-bash all of the HG Graze's armor to the Gundam frame?

Nope. The shoulder armor swap thing is that if you remove the frame part on the graze shoulder armor it has a little slot to plug into the barbatos shoulder frame specifically. The schwalbe wire claw parts fit around the barbatos shield arm parts. None of the other armor can be swapped across frames. What you can do though is swap things like torsos, heads, and limbs because they use mostly identical polycap layouts.
