I am fairly certain that it is a Walking Machine from Xabungle, but I can't find an exact match. Anyone remember the show well?

Those guys definitely aren't Walker Machines.
They've got too many angles and beveled parts. They look like they were purpose-built war machines rather than diggers with guns mounted on them.

Looks like a Dragon from Battletech but with a few customizations, namely the Dragon legs stand upright rather than have reverse locking knees.
Wargames Factory had a mech game out a few years ago, I think.

I felt that OP's image might be one of those but painted in such a way that it doesn't have the open top or other peculiarities. Still, it doesn't match the mold either, so I am equally confus.
