Ok, subsanon here.

Converting the IDX and the SUB file to SRT is quite more challenging than I expected, because text formatting is totally lost in the conversion. So, I guess it's yellow subs for now.

But there is another small problem, and I'm hoping the /m/ hivemind may give me the solution: the subs are slightly out of sync, just about -300 milliseconds (just enough to be a little fastidious).

For the life of me, I wasn't able to find a program that was capable of editing the timings of IDX+SUB files: any ideas?

Aegissub does not support IDX+SUB files, I tried.

But anyway, I've just resolved the issue: I edited directly the IDX with a text editor and gave it the delay at the beginning.

SubsUpdate:

- In about 2 hours the SRTs will be ready and uploaded. Sorry for the wait, but I noticed that in later episodes the timings had to be adjusted multiple times, and I'm still downloading the episodes (300 kb/s internet connection, yay!).

- Yellowsubs are coming too! Now that I have learned the editing IDX trick, I just have add the delay manually with a text editor where it's needed.

Yellowsubs are styled better than SRTs, and the readability in multi-dialogue situations is excellent, but they look blurry on 1080p and take a lot of space onscreen; SRTs are way crisper and take the right amount of space onscreen, but can get confusing with overlapping dialogues.

I'm sure SRTs can be edited to be on par with IDX+SUBs for readability, but I sincerely don't have the willpower to do it.
