There's a lot of shit flying around about IBO right now, that's for sure. It's no secret to anyone that the threads are the worst thing about /m/ right now.
That said, it's entertaining. Definitely not the best Gundam series out there, but far from the worst. Can't recommend it until it finishes, but as it currently stands, I'm still tuning in weekly, and I'm enjoying it for the most part.

It's more like these two than V.
It's completely different from 00 so you can't really compare them.
As for whether it's good or not, too early to say. But I will say the pacing fells sluggish for a series that's meant to be 25-26 episodes long.
