In MS Gundam, the Zaku II was always the Zaku II. All they did was change the color and added a horn. At least the Graze change shoulders, legs, head and backpacks.

At this point in MSG we'd seen Zaku I, Zaku II, Gouf, Magella Attack, Dopp, and Luggun, plus half a dozen ship designs.
You have to count all the Graze variants to match MSG's overall small crew vehicle count and it has like one ship.

Four. We've seen the Gjallarhorn ship, the Tekkadan ship, the Turbines ship, and Pig&Lizard's ship.
As for MS, we've seen the Mobile Workers, the Graze, the Barbatos, the Guison, the other frogsuits that Masahiro's friends were piloting, and the Turbines' suits. There are the same number of MS in IBO as there were in MSG at this point (Zaku II, Zaku, Gouf, Gundam, Guncannon, Guntank).
