It's that time of the year again
>>13658963
:`(
.. so, when will the streaming start?
anyone?
>>13658963
Ah yes, the annual muh burgers posting marathon.
It's the most wonderful time of the year.
The most wonderful time of the year, I've got my burger patties ready to grill up for the final episode stream.
>>13659137
gotta get dem burgers from Carl's Jr with fries, before the stream start.
Burgerlab was fine to me, in general.McDonald into the trash it goes.
So, uh
Who IS streaming?
>>13659162
El Diablo thickburger is my jam.
>>13659225
I'll be streaming 0080 all the way through, plus some other stuff tomorrow. >>13657809
>>13659225
maybe the best hope was to >>13657809
>>13659230
not sure the new menu of the Carl's Jr in the nearest branch yet as it shifted to nowhere, have to go further to get it.;_;my country was more to Mcdonaldfags rather than any special exotic type burger. mainstream burger sucks sometimes & could cause the loss of good burgers.
pardon of screwed up post.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
>>13659162
>>13659230
>Carl's Jr.
Niggas pls, I'm in Hardee's country.
>>13658963
Goddamn that was so bittersweet
>>13659137
>I've got my burger patties ready to grill up for the final episode stream
You wouldn't believe it
>back at parents house for Christmas
>open fridge
>burger patties
I've got 0080 and EW ready to watchalone. Endless Waltz on Christmas Eve, 0080 on Christmas Day.
>>13660373
No. For it to be bittersweet Bernie would have to accomplished something. This was just flat out sad
>>13660326
My favorite ending in any anime period. Crazy how chilling they made that line ended up being.
>>13660411
I don't know if it was intentional, but the cheerful song the scene ends on makes the whole thing even crueler to me.
My favourite 0080 onetime character is Killing's follower #2. Just look at that sassy pose!
>>13659162
>Carl's Jr.
Fuck, I've been home for winter break for like three weeks now and I still haven't had any.
Who Culvers here?
It took a Gainax member to make Gundam good again.
Impressive Yamaga, impressive.
>>13660458
It fucking has to be. The entire series has such an air of discomfort to it, it's almost unbearable to watch hahahahah;_;
whens the stream
>>13661906
DID I FUCKING MISS IT
>>13658963
ayy
>>13660411
>>13658963
>did Gundam better than all the others in only 6 episodes
>People cried over Zeon scum.
Bernie's death doesn't get me like a lot of people nor his recording, but for me it's the airport scene from episode 5 or the ending with Al at the schoolanyone else?
>>13662120
The ending made me feel empty for a day.
>>13662155
The ending made me feel empty for 20 minutes.
I couldn't sympathize less with Bernie's decision to continue his mission instead of working with the colony.
The show did literally nothing to show it was reasonable to try to appease the man called fucking Killing.
It's pretty clear that if Killing wasn't stopped by a third party, he would reach the colony by the time the fight started.
Bernie decided to not warn millions of people about upcoming nuclear strike, just because he wanted to show to a kid and his fallen comrades he wasn't a complete loser.
That was literally his justification for not going to the police. It wouldn't be a man's thing to do.
Rot in hell, you egoistical piece ofburger.
>>13662171
>random Zeek grunt tells the police that his forces are going to nuke the colony if they don't give up their Gundam
>implying they would believe him
>>13662171
You have to remember after the attack by Cyclops Team, Zeon was not liked by the colony due to the collateral damage.
>>13662171
>>Show Off
>>Suicide Mission
>>13662171
You have to remember Al did try to warn them himself but if Bernie went into the police station I doubt anything would've happened.
>>13660458
That fucking ending song. Seriously.
>>13660458
I don't think they were ever trying to hide the fact that 0080 is a plain cruel story.
>>13662094
although i'm EF fags, Bernie fight Gundam to prevent colony destruction by Zeon's nuclear shit.
which i could call it special.
i'm not respect him because he's Zeon or anything, but AS a soldier that know what he have & suppose to do when the time calls.
>>13662428
Stop typing like a shit.
>>13658963
>tfw watching first time
I am on episode 4 yesterday, gonna finish 5-6 tonight.
maybe I will watch Last Waltz tomorrow.
>>13662443
not happen
that's not how it really ended
>>13663478
FUCKING
BUILD
FIGHTERS
>>13662171
>>13663478
>tfw re-watching GBF after clearing almost my entire gundam backlog.
that last stadium event was a 300% fanservice episode, I regret not watching all the gundams when this episode was aired.
>>13662171
>That was literally his justification for not going to the police. It wouldn't be a man's thing to do.
If you run into a police station right now as a mudslime and tell them ISIS is going to bomb a heavily populated part of the city.
Envision how they are going to treat you, this is what Barnie would be subjected to, he also has literally zero prove to back any of his claims up.
The cyclops team is basically Kiling's last "hope" before actually deploying the nuke, if they got the NT-1, fine; if they don't, nothing valuable to him is lost anyways as he never liked them for their insubordination.
>>13663478
>cool, Al from double
>oh, it's-
;_;
>>13660386
He saved the colony. That's something.
>>13663633
No. the colony was saved before the battle even started
>>13662171
Once you say that you're from Australia, even if it's a lie then people instantly know you are a shitposter and never trust you again
>>13663633
I would like to think that is true too but the nuke was discovered and captured by Feds before the operation.
He died for nothing.
>>13663655
>the universe has to conspire in favor of the main characters
Fukuda please
>>13663666
>666
nice number of the beast get.
I also don't know what you are implying here, the whole point of the last episode is literally telling the audience that there's no reason for Barnie to fight but he did and died anyways.
>>13663695
The point is that the universe wants burgers and the universe will have them
>>13663715
I never denied that, the point of discussion is "the ending is not bittersweet because Barnie would have to accomplish something otherwise its just bitter".
>>13663735
FEED
ME
BURGERS
The only meaning in Bernie's death was that there is no meaning. If you give it a more noble or grander sense then you rob it of what makes it matter at all.
He was just some nobody who died for nothing because that's what war does.
>select all pictures of burgers
>>13660535
My favourite is the Australian hero who recognized that it never snows in Sydney.
rip MP Guncannon
gon 3 soon
best five seconds of witp
>>13663991
I get where you're coming from, but he definitely fought for something. He did fight and die for a noble and grand cause, it's just a cruel twist of fate that circumstances changed around him and he ended up accomplishing nothing. Intent is important, but so is the reality of it. You're right but you wouldn't be wrong to take the opposite point either
>>13663478
>Bernie gets the girl
>he's still lying to her in valhalla
>Al is a total bro about it
>he pilots a zaku
Build Fighters was the most fun Gundam regardless of what anyone says.
>>13664288
It doesn't snow in Sydney because AUSTRALIA WAS BLOWN OFF THE FUCKING MAP how could people forget this in Gundam's universe?
>>13660374
I forgot gundam had another christmas special, when do you guys think we'll get our next one? the BF ova's?
>>13664310
well no. He did fight for a cause he believed in but in the point is said cause was pointless anyways and if Al had caught him and told him it's all cool he'd probably have dropped Plan Suicide on the spot and shown up at Chris's house with flowers
>>13662120
All of those things get me, but the two you mentioned hit me a bit harder.
That last episode is just a punch in the fucking heart.
>>13664339
yeah we all fucking know that, but a true blue australian would say it's because of the snow. Man bernie really fucked up
>>13664450
And that's your value call, i say he decided to fight for something and ultimately died for something, no matter whether it ceased to exist or not. His determination still existed, and that's why i say he didn't die for nothing. He died truly believing he was doing the right thing. Yet again you're right, but i think the fact he didn't know otherwise still has meaning
>>13665296
I wonder how differently things would have played out if Bernie had just remembered about hemispheres on Earth.
>>13665310
The other guys got detected anyway, they probably would have still tried to detain Bernie under suspicion.
>>13660411
>>13663478
>>13664309
mah cracka!
I'm going to make myself a delicious burger today to honor Mr. Wiseman.
>>13662171
holy shit its called dramatic irony. you have facts that the characters do not know about. that's the whole point of 0080. in every war there is senseless death of innocents that could be prevented. the worst thing we can do is glorify this killing.
0080 is a kick in the dick to the "giant robots are awesome!" audience
>>13663478
Once saw some faggot inYoutube commentssay this scene "pissed all over UC Gundam".
>>13665518
This guy gets it.
0080 did in 6 OVA's what all of the other Gundam shows failed to do in several seasons/movies: show that war is hell.
>>13662171
>>13658963
>>13664805
>>13665523
I think some of them show it but not always the repercussions. victory is pretty hellish though. seed, destiny and 00 did it on a minor scale
>>13665422
What are you talking about? Everything was going according to keikaku until that soldier called out Bernie on his lie. Bernie was with Steiner and GarcĂa all the time.
>>13664805
Did we ever get a positive ID on that artist?
>>13665497
>that framerate
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.jpg
>tried to grab a burger yesterday
>closed

>>13665529
For a Wiseman, he sure did something awfully stupid.
