They're like Domon or Master Asia, more powerful out of the Gundam than in it, so it doesn't really matter what they pilot. But I'll say Qubeley Customs, with modified silhouette and a heap more funnels, presumably in those giant AMBAC wing binders for maximum danmaku. Reimu's would have long sleeve things with funnels and Marisa's would have a wizard hat with funnels in its rim

Of course it matters what they pilot. The main point of Gundams is space battles. Even Reimu can't breathe in space.
I think both Reimu and Marisa wouldn't really care for Gundams. Too big and not very ideal for dodging bullets.
