Guts dying was basically impossible as well.
Everything's pretty predictable lately. The first episodes were better about it, but now it's pretty meh. There hasn't been much action and what action there was hasn't been amazing, character drama is pretty stale and regurgitated, and there's been little tension.

!st encounter I had was someone who thinks this show is not political like previous gundams , so had to remind him that there was Gundam X in past
2nd encounter was with someone who kept posting same stuff you complained - basically what happend in this episode which concluded with "orphans now have more challenges " in one way or another.

I asked him how he things it will conclude. He says that that it will end with Tekkadan reaching earth , getting promo and more jobs in future. So I was like, that's it? From all the buildup, you except such small payoff and think it will end just like that?
Then I pointed out all those static flashback bits of Kudelia's political activites and he was like "maybe it's forshadowing of her part when they will reach earth " . At that point I had to say that rewatch the previous episodes since he has overlooked a lot of things.
He seemed to have stopped posting anything regarding past 3 episdoes. Guess what even he got tired of same shit.He thinkgs G-Reco sucks. Now I know why. It's like /m/e/m/es becoming real

I'm going to pissed if he does. Hes only just turned up. And in show it's got to be less than two minutes between guts mentioning his brother for the first time and then him appearing. We don't even know anything about his brother yet. If he dies now then this really is the one of the weakest attempts at creating drama I'll have seen. This whole brother storyline feels really tacked on at the minute.
I kind of feel if either of the two die it would be guts. There's not really anywhere to take his character I don't feel. He's realised his worth, found his family in tekkadan and he's found his brother. Feels like his arc is over, I expect he'll die rescuing his brother who will then take his place in tekkadan with any surviving Brewers boys.

The problem with Age is not the direction nor the animation as Age's head writer is completely shit. But even with that, Age is still better written then IBO as I felt something for Flit and Wolf unlike all the IBO character.

Reco issue is that Tomino had too many goalposts with too llittle screentime, there always was a strong direction to where he wanted to take things.
IBO seems to do nothing but waste time because there's little to tell with little substance and too many episodes.
