Kiva is considered one of the worst two Rider shows, the only other serious contender for the title being Wizard. I would say Wizard is the worse of the two, because at least things do actually happen in Kiva, but it's still pretty bad.
Blade is considered to have a weak start, but once it gets going it becomes quite the enjoyable ride.
Kabuto...I dunno, man, I watched Kabuto as my first Rider but I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone else. Back when I started W was just coming out, and people seriously told me not to start with W because it was too good. There's a massive jump in Rider's overall annual quality starting with W, and Kabuto is reflective of what a mixed bag the 00s-era stuff was. Half the time it's great, the other half of the time it's unbelievably awful. Plot points that go nowhere, characters that completely change motivations and personalities with only the barest of explanations or even no explanation at all, retcons, actors with huge parts getting jettisoned from the plot because of scheduling issues. Mixed in with that are some great episodes that may very well make you willing to put up with the shitty stuff, but there's no denying that there's a lot of shitty stuff. I honestly don't feel that Kabuto is a good recommendation for a first series anymore, simply because nowadays the average show is so much better than it.
If you want to look at the post-Decade era, OOO is my personal recommended start. It has its faults, it's not the best of the post-Decade shows, but it does give you a good sample of what to expect from the era and has a highly endearing cast, particularly Ankh, Date, and Cakeboss.

Just for you anon, here are a few the things about Hibiki that I enjoyed.
The suits are beautiful.
The setting and world were actually really interesting. I liked how they handled the monsters. Admitedly they could have expanded upon the secret society of people protecting japan form Makamou thing.
I enjoyed the characters and especially the dynamic between Hibiki and Asumu as he grew as a person and learned about himself.
The whole show had a really kind of uplifting and warm feeling to it. That ED while walking around behind Hibiki was always super comfy.

Ghost looks pretty slow with his moves which is going to suck so bad. Drive, Mach, Kaixa, Black RX, Watermelon mech, and Zeronos look fantastic though. The change to driving is nice as well, actually being able to do damage should have been in there from the start, they even added moves to 2 that don't do anything outside of just slightly move you around or let you wheelie, and that crash into a Rider Kick with Tridoron was great.
Shocker mode looks like another Tokugawa Yoshimune where we're going to be forced to play him, he's going to be absolute shit, and it's not going to be fun at all.
