He's referring to how Sentai used to frequently use "Man" as team names. Denjiman, Flashman, Jetman, Gingaman, etc.

Not Dead Fish. Nearly all episodes were done, with a few being missed only because the translator didn't really care about the music-focused ones. Granted, there's the issue of that release being nearly impossible to acquire.

Pretty much. The latter had most of its episdes done, but not as much as Change (which is messed up, since the translator ignored any episodes he didn't care about, overall). Dynaman got it even worse.

It is an evil counterpart to Bio Robo as much as Silva is an evil counterpart to the Bioman.
There is also the hype factor once Silva came to the scene. Plus they have the power to kill the Bioman. As they possess the same energy that killed the original Yellow Four.
Plus it has its own sword called the Balzion Mazer against Bio Robo's Super Mazer. Not to mention Balzion has its own shield with the symbol of the Anti-Bio Union on it. in contrast the Bio Robo has its shield with the Bioman/Bio Alliance symbol that frequently gets cut.
