these three for me are super robot shows but depending on the definition of super robot maybe comet lucifer, fafner and transformers are also super

That's in part due to it being the prototypical "real robot" series. It was one of the first to try to break away, but it wasn't a complete divorce from the trends of 70's mecha shows that came before. Like any evolution, it still had vestiges of its ancestors.

As it does today. Then again, at this point in time, Super and Real are extremely blurred and no longer truly exist. Everything is a Hybrid of sorts.
