I'm thinkin' it's an Alex or GP-01/3. Both lead suits with really old HG's and MG's. Plus I don't see a backpack and the legs seem kinda wide. I think the back light is so strong it's kinda distorting the silhouette though.
Of course the weird gap between the arms could point towards a perfect Gundam. Plus they could reuse some of that revive rx78. But who knows. It's probably just some shitty seed suit.
