i am looking for some iczer concept arts(one of them is iczer two in her "swimsuit") and manga art that someone post at here a whiles ago,does anybody have them ? thanks

Swimsuit you mean this? It's from the Iczer-1 story boards. I think the torrent is dead because it was on demonoid, but it coul dbe reuploaded to Nyaa I think?

Why isn't modern anime in this art style?
So what's this deal with Izcer One being apart of a wishing engine?
Well, it is farily poorly understood since the "explanatory" material is japanese, but it looks like when we see Sister Grey in the flashback at start of ACT III, her wish to get a new home 'got attention' of some powerful entity that sorta granted it. From Sister Grey's consciousness, apparently the evil/base notions and urges materialized as Big Gold who then corrupted her and teh Cthulhu, and her conscience/good notions materialized as Iczer-1. So basically both the creepy baby and the glorious huge-ears stalker alien of golden floof are both embodiments/spawns of that powerful entity/thing that granted that wish.
Note: I have no idea how exact and/or how canon that explanation is from the creator's point of view.
