A lot of people like IBO but don't want a general. I like other shows that have generals, but it's not something to strive for. There was a guy who made /ibog/ threads throughout October, but he stopped probably because he realized it didn't need general threads. If shitposting sped up or discussion intensified to need a general, I'm sure someone would make it, but why force it?
