Fallout 3 had its problems, but I really loved their redesign of Advanced Power Armor.

There's some timing trickery going on here. The chest, head, and boots don't equip in sequence, they do all at once, so you could cut the time by 2/3s.

Yes. Most people on /m/ seem to think so. Unless it's power armor from a toku show, than it's not /m/ for some reason I don't understand.

The line between what is Mechanical, Magical, or Biological power armor is sometimes very thin, and a lot of the time arguments could be made for either.
This is why a of Toku and "Magical Girl wearing armor" series get a pass a lot of the time (also see things similar to Guyver, though they are more rare).

One of my favorite power armor designs is probably the one from the completely mediocre and dated Starship Troopers OVA. Series is pretty forgettable, but if there's one thing it did well was show off the MI's fighting suits.

For some good series that would feature power armor, I'd go for Tekkaman Blade or Fallout. I'd also recommend Halo or Warhammer 40k, but I'd say those two are highly debated about being "good" (though I'd admit to liking both).
As for my favorite power armor I'd like to say the Advanced Power Armor Mk.II, but the Mjolnir Mk.VI just has too large a hold on my heart to give the spot to anything else.

I've dreamed of a futuristic mecha Great War pastiche.
devices called A4s(Advanced automated Anti-aircraft) change modern war forever by creating 100kilometer no fly spheres where any non-friendly unit is immediately shot down.
To cross this seemingly endless No Man's Land, power armors equipped with thrusters capable of speeds in excess of mach 6 fly NoE across the flattened terrain, where radar can't detect them, into the enemy lines to destroy or disable their A4s.
Not just anyone can operate the boost units though, as the slightest mistake could leave you unconscious due to the shear g-forces, leading to your subsequent death.
Pilots are cocky hotshots who take on seemingly impossible missions and live straddling the gap between Life and Death.

Kato and Miyatake's designs for the Japanese edition of Starship Troopers are a seminal part of early Otaku culture. They put Studio Nue on the map and basically started the "real robot" trend in anime. Heck, Anno got his start doing fan animation of the damn thing.

Dead actually defeated him and is implied to be as powerful. Hiver is potentially more powerful but lacks control. The other two are weaker, about the level of Lance or Sword, and Aki is weaker than all of them.
But it's also suggested Blade is weaker having lost Blaster mode and some other power in exchange for more stable powers.
