For me it's Zero, because he's intelligent, nihilistic and has a wicked sense of humor.
Zechs is one of my favorites, character-wise, even if I really disliked his particular helmet (the way his hair trails out of the helmet makes me constantly imagine that he has male pattern baldness).
Style-wise, you can't really beat Iron Mask. Fucking thing stopped a bullet to the forehead.
