Pretty cool. The tone of the manga varies wildly though - I read one iteration where she literally gets disemboweled by an enemy, it was pretty out of place.

The original manga disappointed me. The attempts at humor were terrible (hurr durr hemorrhoids) and the art was far beneath what Nagai is capable of.
The 70s anime is great. Honey is really smart and competent in it, and it aged decently.
The 90s OVA is easily the sexiest Honey, great character design and animation. But it failed to capture any of the original style, it's more of a product of its time.
The 2004 set of works is pretty good. Well I don't remember much of the live action movie as I've only watched it once way back then, but the Re: OVA is damn nice, captures a bit of the original visual style (though mixed with tat FLCL-ish Gainax style) and gets props for being one of the few entries in the franchise with proper closure. The GoGo manga was cool too, it was nice to have a somewhat more serious Honey again.
The Live TV series was bad. I mean, it's okay as a random toku, but there were too many deviations for me to like it as a Cutie Honey installment. Having men as high ranking members of Panther Claw, no Jill, no Zora, straight Natsuko, hobo Seiji, and Honey was an utterly retarded ditz. At least the actress was hot.
