Look at the date. The mockup anime screens outside of the video are from Cinderella Girls and KanColle. That aside the Muv Luv content we're getting is fresh, you might as well be complaining about all of UC or something. Remakes of old games are always nice too in an industry where visual and sound quality are massively important.
I would like to see a complete new IP from age though but it's unlikely, eroge can bomb and completely cripple a company way too easy for high risks to be taken with stuff.

The doujin market can churn out eroge because it produces lower budget titles, it's precisely because they're smaller circles they have less to lose. If a bigger budget title flops that means they then don't have the money to produce a new eroge after, look at Over-Drive and BokuTen.
