So I've ben watching some of the 2008 Yatterman series, and its pretty awesome.
I love how wacky and crazy everything is. From the characters, to the crazy mecha designs the villains use.
Plus its pretty funny seeing what kind of surprise mechs Yatterwan produces to save the day each episode.
I wish there were more shows like this.

Samurai Pizza Cats/Kyatto Ninden Teyandee (although the current subs are bad)
Flint the Time Detective/Jikuu Tantei Genshi-kun
Daiohja seems somewhat similar in spirit, but it's not subbed yet (until the SRWGC translation raises awareness, I guess).
Galatt to an extent, but still no subs.

The other Time Bokan shows, obviously. I have no idea why Yattaman became the most popular entry in the franchise. It's so completley unremarkable.
Tri-Zenon is pretty wacky.
