Upscale mine with MadVR jinc and the difference should be negligible. Mine also reduces chroma noise a little, which helps in sky shots like that.

Download the madVR zip here and feel free to extract it wherever you want. I put it in my program files, so I'd recommend that.

That's perfectly understandable. Encoding can be just as much of a demanding hobby as fansubbing. At the very least, the Ideon, Turn A and Zeta projects should be finished before you can get a well-earned retirement (unlike what Hayao Miyazaki seems to be doing).

That poster just doesn't understand that these are pretty grainy, and I'm keeping most of it. They may be 720p, but they're encoded to be played back with upscaling in mind. REVO's is smaller than mine at 1080, so it's naturally going to be bit-starved in comparison.
