I've been wanting to read this book for while now. I'm just glad I've been on /lit/ long enough now to learn that Taipei was originally in taiwanese. Any tips on learning the language?

but it should be clear to you that hes not dead by the last passage in the book where he looks down at his wet sandal or something and feels grateful for being alive.
